Join ChampionX as a Customer Service Representative!
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage customer inquiries and coordinate logistic activities within our Dammam office. This temporary role requires strong communication and organizational skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders accurately and confirm with clients.
  • Monitor purchase and sales orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system.
  • Provide regular shipping updates and resolve delivery issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including VAT and E-invoicing regulations.
  • Participate in reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
