• CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualifications.
• Strong understanding of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP is an advantage.
• Knowledge of regional tax requirements, including Zakat.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English.
• Minimum 35 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and analyze variances between actuals and budgets.
• Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Compliance and Taxation: Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate income tax, and Zakat.

Job Description:

We are looking for Accounts Writer to join our team, working on recording and entering daily financial transactions and accurately maintaining accounting records, as well as ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Entering daily entries into the accounting system.
• Preparing and reviewing payment vouchers, entries, and invoices.
• Organizing and archiving financial documents.
• Following up on accounts receivable and payable as instructed.
• Assisting in the preparation of periodic reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Some experience or internship in accounting (beginner - intermediate level).
• Proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular).
• Commitment and accuracy at work.
• Intermediate level English language skills.

Job Details:

• Working hours: 8 hours daily (from 8 AM to 4 PM).
• Working days: from Sunday to Thursday.
