Human Resources Coordinator Required (Employee Affairs)
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Dammam.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience:
  • Preferably 2 to 4 years of experience in the field of Human Resources
Responsibilities:
  • Managing platforms (Qiwa – Muqeem – Social Insurance)
  • Issuing and renewing visas and residencies
  • Uploading contracts to the Odoo system
  • Following up on employee relations and vacations
  • Preparing official letters
  • Reports on Nitaqat and Saudization
  • Travel bookings and termination of services
  • Receiving and processing employee requests

  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR principles; familiarity with Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn HRIS software.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • Attributes: High level of integrity and able to handle confidential information.
  • Interpersonal: A 'people-person' attitude with the ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues.
