Join Our Team as an HR Specialist!
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our HR team and manage daily HR operations. In this role, you will ensure compliance with local labor regulations and contribute to the efficient delivery of HR services across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and employee databases.
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Handle employee relations matters and respond to HR inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support administrative and HR needs.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening and interview coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
