* Ability to provide initiatives that serve the establishment through its employees in terms of courses and incentives that help in productivity and overall returns.
* Drafting the terms, conditions, and general and specific contracts for the establishment in accordance with the systems followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and familiarity with them.
