IT Support and Maintenance Technician
Join ITB Company, a leader in IT consulting and services, as an IT Support and Maintenance Technician. Located in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, this role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computers, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond promptly to technical support issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support either in-person or over the phone.
  • Set up accounts for new users.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Test new technologies and applications.
  • Train junior staff members.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve network problems.
  • Support new application launches.
  • Document procedures and provide protocol support.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Evaluate and test new technologies.
  • Provide technical support for Avaya IP phones.
  • Assist with technical support for the tasks of Prince and Deputy Prince within the Asir region.
  • Provide support for the offices of the Prince and Deputy Prince in the Asir region.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
  • Attention to detail, listening skills, and troubleshooting ability.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid driving license with willingness to travel.
