• Supervise daily maintenance operations and perform custodial support.
• Establish schedules for maintenance services, identifying resources and prioritizing tasks.
• Implement corrective and preventive maintenance programs to meet safety and quality standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets and monitor expenditures effectively.
• Coordinate construction projects and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Engage in hiring processes and provide training to new staff.
• Lead weekly meetings and safety inspections to promote a compliant and safe working environment.

Work Environment:

• Indoors: 20%, Outdoors: 80%
• 6 Working Days per week with 1 Day Off
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)

Job Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Basic AutoCAD
• Fluency in English and Arabic

As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of medical and surgical tools to prevent the spread of infections in hospitals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with health regulations and the safety of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Decontaminate surgical and medical instruments and operating areas.
• Assemble medical equipment and ensure its proper functioning through regular quality checks.
• Maintain sterilization records and organize tools for timely availability.
• Perform equipment inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management based on business needs.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology, biology, or biochemistry.
• Professional Accreditation Certificate from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Working Conditions:

We are looking for a dedicated Safety Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The Safety Supervisor will oversee workplace safety protocols, conduct safety training programs, and ensure compliance with occupational health regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing regular safety audits.
• Investigating workplace accidents.
• Implementing preventive measures for hazards.

This role will require collaboration with various teams to foster a safe working environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

• Expertise in Health & Safety, including safety standards implementation.
• Ability to conduct Safety Training sessions.
• Knowledge of Safety Engineering principles.
• Experience in Occupational Health practices.
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and assessment abilities.

A degree or certification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is highly preferred, along with familiarity with Saudi Arabian safety regulations (SCE Approval).
