Key Responsibilities:

• Independently carry out repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Assist and support team members to complete their assigned tasks.
• Diagnose, analyze, and rectify all types of faults using manufacturer information.
• Maintain required levels of utilization, productivity, and efficiency in line with manufacturers' standard times.
• Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer policies and procedures.
• Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues while maintaining professional standards.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintain current knowledge of products and attend training courses as necessary.

Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Heavy vehicle technician qualification or similar certification.
- More than 8 years of experience in repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Equipment Efficiency and Availability.
• Responsible for Breakdown and Preventive Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical & Controls).
• Lead Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Develop and adhere to Maintenance Tasks and Plan.
• Manage Spare Part Strategy.
• Oversee Maintenance Budget.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on firefighting and fire alarm systems ensuring compliance and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure system health and compliance.
• Assess system conditions and identify required repairs.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarm systems, control panels, and firefighting pumps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Complete maintenance reports as required.
• Purchase required materials and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and relevant safety standards.
• Support the project team with maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and NFPA codes.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Valid driving license and ability to travel to various sites.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
