Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
- Implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and email marketing.
- Create engaging and diverse marketing content across various platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Analyze marketing campaign results and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Manage and direct the marketing team and develop its skills.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and new marketing technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role in marketing management, preferably in the food or agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
