We at Makana Company are looking for a skilled Saudi female employee for a distinguished marketing role!
You will be responsible for leading and executing advertising campaigns with high efficiency, in addition to managing the sales team and ensuring that the specified goals are achieved.

Main Tasks:
  • Planning, implementing, and managing marketing and advertising campaigns, both digital and traditional.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and submitting periodic reports.
  • Supervising the sales management team and ensuring coordination among them.
  • Distributing tasks to sales staff and following up on their execution.
  • Organizing the daily work of the team and ensuring discipline and achieving goals.
  • Improving work mechanisms and raising the efficiency of the team to increase sales and achieve growth.

Requirements:
  • Saudi nationality.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in marketing and managing advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in team management and following up with employees.
  • Experience in managing sales teams.
