Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the execution and delivery of F-15SA aircraft modifications on-site at King Abdulaziz Air Base. This role is critical in ensuring safety, compliance, and quality within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the modification execution and delivery, prioritizing safety and quality.
  • Support functional execution and integration with program requirements.
  • Oversee budget control and performance within the department.
  • Maintain effective communication within the ICMMM team.
  • Drive innovation for production efficiency and foster a culture of safety.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 10 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Modification.
  • 5+ years of experience with F-15 Aircraft modifications.
  • 5+ years in an operational leadership role within the relevant environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a related technical field.
  • Experience working in compliance with Saudi regulations.

Additional Information:
This is a long-term assignment with relocation benefits provided. Candidates must meet international assignment health requirements and are required to obtain a work visa.
