Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage vessel and cargo operations in accordance with local regulations and PIL’s operational standards.
  • Coordinate vessel schedules and monitor cargo loading/unloading efficiency.
  • Liaise with port authorities, terminal operators, and vendors for seamless operations.
  • Optimize operational costs and manage documentation processes.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Mentor a team to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • 810 years of experience in shipping operations or port management.
  • Strong understanding of vessel operations and cargo handling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in documentation.
