As a key member of our team, you will oversee all operations and coordinate facility maintenance within our Fixed Based Operation (FBO). Your leadership will ensure high levels of customer service, operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise aerodrome and FBO staff, ensuring top-notch customer service and safety.
• Manage day-to-day operations in coordination with airport authorities and stakeholders.
• Conduct safety briefings and training sessions to promote a safe environment.
• Prepare operational reports, employee performance evaluations, and documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with GACAR 151 requirements and maintain aerodrome facilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation or hospitality, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in airport ground operations and FBO management.
• 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Certification in IATA or airline airport handling experience.
• Management and leadership certifications preferred.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Modification.
• 5+ years of experience with F-15 Aircraft modifications.
• 5+ years in an operational leadership role within the relevant environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Aircraft Maintenance or a related technical field.
• Experience working in compliance with Saudi regulations.
