As a pivotal member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to the Chairman, ensuring that all office operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the Chairman’s calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize meetings, create agendas, compile documents, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist the Chairman in tracking delegated tasks and provide status updates for timely completion.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, prioritizing responses appropriately.
  • Manage confidential correspondence, ensuring discretion and security.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Welcome and assist guests and dignitaries visiting the Chairman.
  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and stakeholders.
  • Support the development and improvement of administrative processes for efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Professional certifications in executive assistance or project management preferred.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar position.
