In this exciting full-time role located at our factory in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia, you will be the go-to expert in Packaging and will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Job Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to manage and improve the packaging operations at the site, working closely with factory management and stakeholders. You will lead projects, provide technical support, and assist in achieving productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the site's Packaging operations, including daily coordination of work duties.
• Act as the liaison between the site and BUET, ensuring communication flows smoothly.
• Manage projects like new machine installations and product launches while adhering to IPS compliance standards.
• Develop the technical capability of others through training and mentorship programs.
• Conduct site IPS audits and maintain compliance with sector standards.
• Implement innovations in packaging, including digitalization initiatives.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

• ** in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, verbal).
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience with packaging equipment and technical problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• MOS certification is a plus.
