Position: Purchasing Officer
Location: Dammam, KSA
Type: Full-time - Onsite
Job Purpose:
Support the procurement and supply chain operations by assisting in purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and logistics activities, ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services in compliance with company policies and approved budgets.

Position: Purchasing Officer
Location: Dammam, KSA

Job Purpose:
Support the procurement and supply chain operations by assisting in purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and logistics activities, ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services in compliance with company policies and approved budgets.
Job Description:
- Receive Purchase Requisitions from all departments and ensure they are approved before processing.
- Communicate with approved suppliers to obtain offers for services and products.
- Prepare comparison for suppliers' offers for presentation to management.
- Negotiate supplier quotes based on Quality, Prices, Payment, and Delivery terms.
- Create Purchase orders on SAP after getting the best offer approval.
- Follow up on PO processing and ensure accurate supplier payments.
- Manage transportation logistics and coordinate with clearance departments.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and continuously search for new resources.
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Excellent communication in Arabic & English.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain is required.

- Requires 2-5 Years experience
