Job Purpose:
To support the procurement and supply chain operations by assisting in purchase order processing, supplier coordination, and logistics activities, ensuring timely sourcing of goods and services in compliance with company policies and approved budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive Purchase Requisitions from all company departments and branches ensuring they are approved before processing.
• Communicate with approved suppliers to get the best offers for services, consumables, and fixed assets.
• Prepare comparisons for suppliers' offers for management approval.
• Negotiate supplier’s quotes based on quality, prices, payment, and delivery terms.
• Create purchase orders in the SAP system after approval and check budget availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Ensure all received invoices are processed promptly.
• Continuously search for new local and foreign resources for goods and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and time management skills.
• Proficient user of SAP system and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of KSA customs clearance requirements.
• Experience in freight management is essential.

Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with logistics for stock management and timely deliveries.
• Support the team in negotiations and client issue resolution.
• Train and develop new sales representatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in sales supervision, preferably in FMCG or retail.
• Proven experience in target achievement and team management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driving license with willingness to travel.

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in wood factories, joinery, fit-out, or custom woodwork.
• Understanding of wooden works, finishes, materials, and specifications.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and BOQs.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills with consultants, contractors, clients, and project teams.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings is preferred.
