Key Responsibilities:
  • Review the quality of Meat, Seafood, Fruits, Vegetables, Eggs, and other perishable items during inbound processes.
  • Reject damaged or defective items and maintain accurate records of rejections.
  • Conduct audits on quality during picking & packing processes.
  • Monitor packaging standards throughout operations.
  • Provide training to store and hub associates on quality and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Engage actively in process improvement initiatives for better operational efficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • HACCP certification and knowledge of food safety standards.
  • Experience with fresh produce quality specifications.
Additional Skills:
  • Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in data handling.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements.

What We Look For:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • An Industrial/Technical Diploma or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a quality-focused role within the oil and gas sector.
  • Experience in Flow Assurance and Production Optimization product testing for oil and gas equipment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in written and verbal communication.
  • A collaborative team player with a good understanding of quality systems and industry standards.
  • Competence in quality control, calibration, and business process modeling.
