At Balinese Ayu Spa, we are dedicated to offering a serene environment inspired by ancient Balinese healing traditions. Our wellness and luxury spa is looking for a full-time Health Club Receptionist to join our team in Dammam.

Role Overview:
The Health Club Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for welcoming and assisting them, managing daily front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication within the spa. Your role will include:

• Welcoming and assisting guests warmly.
• Managing front desk operations effectively.
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Performing general clerical duties to support the team.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and clerical skills.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Organizational and multitasking skills, suitable for a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in wellness or spa operations, is a plus.
