About the Job
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the potential of Phibro’s current product portfolio, managing over $15 million in sales in Saudi Arabia & Egypt with significant growth opportunities for the future. This role involves overseeing Phibro’s established business through a network of distributors, ensuring strong performance and growth of existing product lines.

Responsibilities:
  • Preserve and strengthen existing relationships with distributors.
  • Monitor distributor sales performance.
  • Identify and establish new distributor relationships.
  • Develop customer-level strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead product planning and launch strategies.
  • Provide marketing support and best-in-class technical service to distributors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and customers.
  • Oversee budgets and financial performance for the territory.

Education:
Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional or other relevant animal science degree.

Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial role, especially in poultry health/nutrition within Saudi Arabia and ideally also Egypt.

Core Competencies & Requirements:
  • Professional level English & Arabic.
  • Strong B2B Commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
