Join Lactalis as a National Retail Sales Manager!

We are currently seeking a National Retail Sales Manager to be part of our expanding operations in the Middle East, based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution objectives.
- Lead negotiations and business planning with major retail chains such as Panda, Danube, Tamimi, Othaim, Nesto, and Lulu.
- Manage and coach regional sales teams and distributor partners to meet performance targets.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for strong in-store execution and profitability.

Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of FMCG sales experience in KSA, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record in managing modern and traditional trade channels.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic preferred.
- Valid Saudi driving license and ability to travel within the Kingdom.
