  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to identify their needs and showcase suitable properties.
  • Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing for a seamless transaction.
  • Attract prospective clients to promote new business.
  • Possess local knowledge of community and market conditions to answer inquiries about homes.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within set schedules.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and departments.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred past experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated and technology-driven.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
