We are looking for a motivated individual to enhance our customer service and sales operations. Hapag-Lloyd, a leader in maritime transportation, aims to deliver exceptional value to our customers through our logistics expertise.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Executives with relevant sales tasks.
  • Prepare and send rate quotations to customers.
  • Monitor quotation and customer performance, including tenders.
  • Manage disputes and exceptions efficiently.
  • Provide clear handover information to Customer Service.
  • Assist Customer Service with problem-solving for customer issues.
  • Input and validate new customer data into Salesforce.
Qualifications:
  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to collaborate effectively and follow guidelines.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Assist in developing policies to address customer and project needs.
