Sales Coordinator

About the Role

Al-Qahtani Pipe Coating Industries (AQPCI) is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role is responsible for fostering client relationships, driving profitable sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customers through technical assistance, engagement, and frequent personal contact.
• Develop and present proposals to clients.
• Define, monitor, and control production projects.
• Update the proposal log.
• Develop customized coating solutions in coordination with RTSD.
• Review clients’ tender documents, isometric drawings, and specifications.
• Develop techno-commercial proposals for clients.
• Stay informed about competitors’ products and services and assist in developing market and pricing strategies.
• Obtain raw material prices from suppliers for costing purposes.
• Generate material forecast needs documents.
• Coordinate the review of project requirements and specifications with other departments.
• Arrange production scheduling with concerned departments.
• Monitor operations and delivery times per project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
