About the Role

Al Marwan Group, a diversified organization established in 1978 with a significant presence across the GCC in sectors including construction, heavy machinery, Oil & Gas, real estate, developments, and hospitality, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and is integral to driving the sales of heavy earthmoving machinery and aerial work platforms within the Saudi market. The role focuses on expanding business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi Arabian market for heavy earthmoving machinery and aerial work platforms.
Maintain and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and provide essential technical guidance to potential and existing customers.
Achieve and exceed set sales targets and consistently report on performance metrics to management.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in the sales of aerial work platforms is essential.
A strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, including its specific demands and industry standards, is required.
The ability to deliver effective technical presentations and engaging product demonstrations is a key requirement.

Required Skills

Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable deals.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in customer relationship management to build and maintain a loyal client base.
Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic is mandatory.
