About the Role

Selex is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join its distribution sales network across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading distribution brand. The role is ideal for professionals with a passion for sales and prior experience in wholesale distribution, particularly within the electrical or building materials sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and retailers.
  • Promote Selex's electrical product portfolio within assigned territories.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, submitting regular performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the regional sales team to support business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience.
  • Preference for experience in the electrical or building materials industry.
  • Prior experience in wholesale distribution is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
