Join SRG as a Sales Manager!

As a leading company in Saudi Arabia, SRG is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. We believe in the power of strategic management and high performance to achieve sales targets and foster team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and revenue forecasts.
  • Manage and achieve planned sales targets.
  • Set individual sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop the sales team through ongoing training.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Promote company products and strengthen market presence.
  • Handle customer complaints and report quality issues to the QA department.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with internal teams and management.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should have an educational background in Pharmacy or the Medical field and proven experience in managing and leading a sales team.
