Qualifications:
  • 5–13 years of proven sales experience in engineering solutions, Staffing/Outsourcing services.
  • Established relationships and a strong network in the Manufacturing, Petrochemical, and EPC sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Successful experience in consultative selling and client acquisition.
  • Thorough understanding of industrial sales strategies and long-cycle sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong business acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting industrial sectors.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
