Role Overview:
As a Petrochemicals & Refinery Sales Specialist, you will drive significant revenue growth through consultative selling of complex technical solutions to petrochemical and refining customers. Your responsibilities will include deep technical discovery, collaborative solution development, and building multi-level stakeholder relationships over extended sales cycles (624 months).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex technical solutions addressing unique customer challenges in hazardous industrial environments.
  • Manage intricate contract negotiations balancing risk and commercial terms for high-value, long-term projects.
  • Create compelling business cases demonstrating clear operational and financial benefits through ROI and TCO analysis.
  • Lead technical proposal development for sophisticated bids involving multiple product lines and engineering specifications.
  • Maintain accurate long-range pipeline forecasts and CRM discipline across extended sales cycles.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in complex B2B technical solution sales, consistently meeting/exceeding targets with 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Background in petrochemical, refining, oil & gas, or industrial manufacturing industries with deep sector knowledge.
  • Experience managing extended sales cycles (6+ months) with multiple stakeholders across decision levels.
  • Success building C-suite and technical decision-maker relationships in industrial environments.
  • History of developing and delivering technical proposals involving multiple product lines and complex engineering.
  • Deep knowledge of petrochemical or refining processes and industry-specific terminology.

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
