About the Role:
Join Sigma Paints as a Sales Executive, where you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products in the retail market. As part of the team, you will manage customer relationships and drive in-store sales, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing accounts and recruit new dealers, providing marketing and training support to expand market share.
  • Offer expert advice on paint selection, surface preparation, and application methods to assist customer decision-making.
  • Manage the complete order-to-cash cycle, including quotations, invoicing, and coordinating logistics for timely deliveries.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by tracking performance and adjusting sales strategies as necessary.
  • Oversee timely receivables management and maintain financial discipline in credit terms.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Good command of the English language.
