Join the Abhaq Engineering Consulting Team! We are looking for a distinguished Real Estate Sales Officer to join us in Dammam. You will be responsible for welcoming clients and increasing their awareness of the villas available for sale. This role requires good communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to persuade clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming clients at the project site.
  • Explaining the details of the villas, technical specifications, prices, and payment plans.
  • Organizing and taking clients on field tours within the project.
  • Responding to client inquiries and providing accurate information clearly.
  • Persuading clients and negotiating to achieve sales goals.
  • Being present at the project site during working hours.
  • Introducing the company's areas of work and projects.
  • Following up with potential clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Coordinating with management and the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills:
  • High communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Decent appearance and politeness in dealing with clients.
  • Ability to work in the field and handle work pressure.

  • Thorough knowledge of Khobar and Dammam plans and neighborhoods, including current and future projects.
  • Certification in real estate mediation and marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals.
