As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue goals and ensuring our products are available in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set, agree, and drive annual revenue goals for assigned channels.
  • Work with marketing and distribution teams to ensure alignment on commercial priorities.
  • Support marketing campaigns to create new sales opportunities.
  • Evaluate and recommend the staffing needs to the distributor management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow volume and revenues.
  • Define pricing and discounts with stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Report on industry developments to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Manage return of expired goods to mitigate losses.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product availability and satisfaction.

Key Deliverables:
  • Annual business plans and promotion plans.
  • Identify opportunities to support business growth.

Qualifications:
Must have experience within FMCG industry.
