About the Role:
The Field Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding existing A&B accounts through equipment & service rental sales. This position will include travel across Saudi Arabia and GCC. Key responsibilities include:
  • Drive pipeline growth of opportunities in equipment and rental service orders.
  • Prospecting new opportunities to grow future consumable run rate by partnering with account managers.
  • Providing expert technical support in various manufacturing process technologies.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective team strategies.
  • Negotiating and closing orders with a keen understanding of customer needs and terms of sale.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications:
Essential requirements include:
  • 3+ years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, or General Industrial industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
  • Cultural understanding of the Saudi Arabia Market and GCC.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
