Join our team as a Sales Manager at Accor in the Hail Region!

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing occupancy rates for our hotel. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while also keeping up to date with market trends and competition. Your strategic approach will involve:
  • Staying familiar with hotel products, rates, and promotions.
  • Conducting market intelligence assessments and providing competitive updates.
  • Planning and executing cost-effective sales trips.
  • Reporting on revenue accounts and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Handling inquiries and ensuring top-notch customer service.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Diploma in vocational hospitality, along with 34 years of experience in a 45 star hotel environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote hotel services and conduct sales blitzes.
  • Assist in pursuing new market segments.
  • Develop strong business relationships with accounts in your portfolio.
  • Ensure timely response to customer inquiries.
  • Accurate reporting of sales activities to management.
  • Participate in monthly meetings and discussions regarding sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Science / Biomedical Engineer / Pharmacy graduate or any related field from a recognised institute.
  • Experience: 13 years experience in similar capacity. Fresher with a flair for selling can also be considered.
  • Competencies / Skills: Good communication skills (Written and Verbal) in English and Arabic. Ability to build relations with persuasive skills. Business acumen with flair for Sales.
