Role Overview:
The Senior Territory Sales Manager (STM) is responsible for leading government sales efforts within an assigned region, managing key municipal and ministry accounts, and ensuring revenue achievement. The STM will drive sales execution, team leadership, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the assigned regional revenue target.
  • Lead a team of Sales Account Managers (SAMs) to expand municipal and government digital adoption
  • Develop relationships with regional government stakeholders (CIOs, Digital Transformation Directors, Mayors, etc.)
  • Work closely with Business Development Managers & Solution Architects to structure complex government deals
  • Identify growth opportunities and expand business in ministries, healthcare, utilities, and e-Government projects
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends

Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • 10+ years in government/enterprise sales, with a proven track record in large-scale ICT deals
  • Experience working with Saudi government procurement processes (Etimad, RFPs, tenders, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, IoT, and AI-based solutions for Smart Cities
  • Leadership experience in managing sales teams and achieving multimillion-dollar quotas
  • Arabic Speaking Preferred Saudi Nationals
