Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the senior culinary team to create new menus and drive product development backed by thorough analysis and accurate costing.
  • Supervise kitchen operations while maintaining high food quality and acceptable cost levels.
  • Plan and implement effective food promotions and maintain cleanliness within kitchen areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Monitor food standards across all outlets and banquets.
  • Prepare detailed reports, schedules, and correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Engage with community representatives and potential guests as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 5 years in a similar Executive Chef role.
  • Preferred experience in pre-opening, high-volume hotels, and remote locations.
  • Strong social and PR skills, with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exposure to fine dining, outdoor catering, and event management.
