Welcome to Hilton, a global leader in hospitality dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. As an Assistant Purchasing Manager, you will play a vital role in managing procurement processes essential for the smooth operation of our hotel in Jizan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Purchasing Manager with the procurement of goods and equipment required by the hotel.
  • Ensure accurate purchase of goods and materials at competitive prices and in appropriate quantities.
  • Provide regular reports on purchased goods and inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel management to enhance purchasing processes, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
  • Participate in finance meetings and adhere to health and safety procedures.
  • Contribute to environmentally-conscious practices in procurement.

What We Are Looking For:
The successful candidate will exhibit the following qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume accounts function.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Birchstreet and PeopleSoft systems.
  • A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
