Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly unit sales targets by guiding customers through a structured sales process.
  • Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
  • Meet monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
  • Promote effective referrals to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage leads to increase sales revenue, ensuring a high conversion rate from inquiries.
  • Engage in continuous personal and professional growth through training sessions.

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence customer choice.
