Join Our Team as a Senior Sales Representative
At Johnson Controls Arabia, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Sales Representative to drive our sales initiatives and expand our market presence in Jazan. We pride ourselves on being a leader in industrial control solutions, committed to innovation and economic growth in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share, manage relationships with existing clients, negotiate contracts and pricing, and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, providing tailored solutions and resolving client issues promptly.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, present product features effectively, and provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and mentor junior sales staff.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
