Attracting Customers: Searching for and contacting new potential customers to expand the customer base.

Customer Management: Building strong and long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure their loyalty.
Preparing Reports: Documenting sales data and recording orders.
Skills Required for Success: Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to negotiate and solve customer problems.
Good knowledge of the market and competitor trends.
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Excel programs.
