Job Description

Guest reception and professional welcome Booking management (WhatsApp / Call / Platforms) Organizing the waiting list Distributing tables according to the operational plan Bidding farewell to guests and requesting feedback Building a personal relationship with regular customers (VIP) Handling complaints professionally and turning them into a positive experience Monitoring customer feedback on Google and social media Coordinating with marketing for offers and events Representing the restaurant's identity in an elegant manner Monitoring service quality (speed, interaction, cleanliness) Conducting field tours inside the hall Ensuring the application of operational standards Submitting daily/weekly reports with observations Performance improvement follow-up: Suggesting continuous improvements to the experience Performance indicators (KPIs) Customer satisfaction ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Waiting time ⏱️ Number of complaints and how they were resolved Google reviews Percentage of returning customers

Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 5-10 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
