We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to provide operational support across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia markets. This remote position is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments, demonstrating precision and consistency in their work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Administration and Record Integrity:
    Maintain and update spreadsheets and trackers daily, ensuring uniform formatting and accuracy.
  • Request Intake and Task Coordination:
    Triage and categorize incoming requests, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress for completion.
  • Tracker Management and Reporting:
    Maintain operational trackers, provide end-of-day summaries, and identify recurring quality issues.
  • Coordination Support:
    Assist with scheduling and provide reminders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Perform accuracy checks and maintain organized documentation standards.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Stable internet connection for remote work.
