We are looking for an executive assistant with experience in hotel management and operation, real estate, and residential and commercial complexes to support the company's work with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of daily follow-up and improving operational discipline according to approved plans. The objective of the role is to monitor and follow up on daily operations, analyze operational performance, and provide accurate reports to management to support improving efficiency and execution quality. Tasks and responsibilities: Follow up on the progress of daily operational activities and ensure compliance with the approved plan. Coordinate and follow up with departments and administrations to ensure smooth workflow. Prepare periodic performance reports (occupancy – collection – maintenance – operational notes). Monitor operational performance indicators and raise alerts in case of deviations. Document procedures and improve work mechanisms. Support management with analytical information for decision-making. Required qualifications: Previous experience in hotel operation or properties and complexes. Organized personality capable of daily follow-up. Proficiency in using ERP systems.
