Role Summary

شركة مرجع المباني is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for providing comprehensive administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of daily office functions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Organizing and managing appointments and meetings, including the preparation of agendas.
  • Preparing and drafting letters, reports, and various administrative correspondence.
  • Receiving phone calls and visitors, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and updating both paper and electronic files and documents.
  • Monitoring email correspondence and responding to communications within authorized limits.
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing minutes as required.
  • Following up on purchase requests and office supplies to ensure continuous availability.
  • Entering data and updating records within administrative systems.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
  • Executing any other administrative tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Administrative Assistant role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative support capacity.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625.

Work Arrangement and Location

This is a full-time position based at the company's operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
