We offer an exceptional opportunity for candidates with experience in management and planning. You will have the opportunity to participate in the development of key objectives for administrative affairs and oversee the activities of management and organizational planning to achieve maximum possible efficiency and effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Participate in developing key objectives for administrative affairs and implementing the necessary plans and projects.
  • Supervise the development of authority tables and procedures to improve service quality.
  • Follow up on the needs of organizational units and meet employees' requirements for administrative services.
  • Ensure the implementation of administrative regulations and instructions and follow up on their execution.
  • Prepare reports that clarify achievement rates and present them to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 6 years of practical experience.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Office Specialist and SHRM CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL preferred.
