We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to design and implement the human capital framework for a newly established PIF-owned company in Jeddah. This 6-month contract role is pivotal in shaping the corporate culture aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy & Policy: Develop comprehensive HR strategies and policies from the ground up.
  • Talent Acquisition Leadership: Lead recruitment efforts to build a foundational team.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Establish competitive compensation structures.
  • Performance Management: Create a robust performance management framework.
  • Employee Relations & Culture: Champion company culture and manage employee relations.
  • Strategic Advisory: Advise the executive team on strategic human capital matters.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience in leadership or strategic roles.
  • Experience in setting up HR functions within start-ups.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labour Law.

About the Role
As HSE Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) initiatives across two manufacturing sites and warehouses.
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi regulatory bodies (SFDA, Civil Defence, NCWC, Modon, etc.) and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
  • Driving a strong safety culture and implementing training programs in both Arabic and English.
  • Managing risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.
  • Overseeing incident investigations, corrective actions, and emergency preparedness.
  • Supporting Kinza’s sustainability agenda (CO2 recovery, water & energy efficiency, waste reduction).

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) required; ISO 450******* Lead Auditor preferred.
  • 10+ years’ experience in HSE within FMCG, beverages, or food manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a senior HSE leadership role.
  • Strong track record managing HSE across large-scale facilities.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent professional English communication skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style, able to influence and inspire teams at all levels.
