Barista

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/card).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.

• Assist with stocking, inventory, and restocking supplies as needed.

• Upsell products and promote specials to enhance customer experience.

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training may be provided).

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Create and develop new beverage recipes for our upcoming menu.
• Prepare and serve all beverages directly at the bar with consistent quality and presentation.
• Conduct tasting sessions and document standardized recipes.
• Manage full bar operations, including inventory and supplier coordination.
• Train and support barista staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

• Strong barista experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Creative in crafting unique and innovative drinks.
• Excellent operational and communication skills.
• Passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional guest experience.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Engage with customers and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/coffee station in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on new beverage trends and develop recipes.

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Barista.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and mixology.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
