We are a leading company in Jeddah seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender / Barista to join our vibrant team.

Role Overview:
As a Bartender / Barista, you will be responsible for crafting outstanding beverages and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Engage with customers and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/coffee station in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on new beverage trends and develop recipes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or Barista.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and mixology.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

A coffee maker (barista) is required with experience in preparing various types of coffee and matcha with high quality and professionalism. You must have knowledge of operating and maintaining coffee machines, the ability to deal with customers politely, and provide exceptional service. The main tasks include: preparing hot and cold beverages, maintaining the cleanliness of the work area, managing inventory and ordering supplies when needed, and participating in training new employees.
