As an Operations Manager, you will oversee and direct all hotel operations, ensuring that every department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Support overall strategic management of the hotel, building effective relationships with senior colleagues.
- Direct Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Recreation departments.
- Participate in key management issues such as capital projects and training.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal conditions in all areas.
- Develop and implement a cost control plan to maximize operating profits.
- Analyze costs and prepare action plans for expenses.
- Manage direct reports and ensure effective teamwork.
- Conduct regular operations meetings and performance assessments.
