Key Responsibilities:- Manage departments including Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and more.
- Establish effective working relationships with senior management.
- Train and support team members to implement Hilton standards.
- Conduct inspections to ensure optimal conditions in all areas.
- Develop and execute cost control plans.
- Analyze costs monthly and prepare action plans for improvement.
- Supervise team performance and ensure compliance with labor laws.
