Your Mission:
  • Gather requirements through Business Requirement Documents (BRD), stakeholder meetings, and workshops.
  • Model solutions in collaboration with business and IT departments, utilizing UML.
  • Ensure alignment between development and business requirements.
  • Support and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including UX and QA departments.
  • Work proactively in an agile environment when required.

Qualifications:
  • 35 years of experience in gathering functional requirements and preparing documentation.
  • Proven ability to establish and oversee quality processes.
  • Effective communicator, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • International banking systems experience preferred; financial sector experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).

Educational Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Technical Engineering preferred.
  • At least 3 years in similar projects.

  • Excellent customer-facing skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
  • High energy, self-driven, and capable of independent work.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market dynamics.
