Job Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs. Conduct vendor review meetings and assist in onboarding.
• Data & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports using advanced Excel. Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends.
• Process & Compliance: Support procurement teams and ensure vendor adherence to policies. Maintain documentation for audits.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and track deliverables and contract renewals.

This role of Associate Business Analyst will involve identifying and understanding customers' business issues, defining customer needs, and providing functional requirements to translate these into SITA solutions. You will ensure solutions comply with SITA's processes, manage change requests, and propose technical solutions and pricing models to meet business needs, thereby ensuring profitability and supporting growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Interface with salespersons to support customer engagements
• Analyze and document customer requirements
• Develop sound technical solutions in collaboration with customers
• Build comprehensive business cases for management support
• Perform basic data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with project and marketing teams to ensure effective project transfer and support strategic initiatives

Qualifications:
- Native Arabic Speaker & fluent in English
- 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Understanding of Aviation Industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
