We are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve Roche Diagnostics business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Commercial and Business Strategy: Define nationwide commercial strategies and ensure effective execution to meet business objectives and KPIs.
  • Sales Leadership and Team Development: Lead the sales team in strategic selling principles, ensuring timely training and a motivating workplace culture.
  • Market and Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with institutions and monitor market trends for effective strategy adaptation.
  • Sales Operations Excellence: Monitor sales activities to ensure exceptional execution and accuracy in forecasts.
  • Core Leadership Responsibilities: Demonstrate Roche Core Values and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Who You Are:
  • Minimum of 810 years in sales and marketing management within healthcare.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with strong customer insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
